Design and Implementation of a Novel Algorithm for Iterative Decoding of Product Codes

A novel product code iterative decoding algorithm and its high speed implementation scheme are proposed in this paper.Based on partial combination of selected columns of check matrix,the reduced-complexity syndrome decoding method is proposed to decode sub-codes of product code and deliver soft output information.So iterative decoding of product codes is possible.The fast sorting algorithm and a look-up method are proposed for high speed implementation of this algo-rithm.Compared to the conventional weighing iterative algorithm,the proposed algorithm has lower complexity while offering better performance,which is demonstrated by simulations and implementation analysis.The implementation scheme and verilog HDL simulation show that it is feasible to achieve high speed decoding with the proposed algorithm.

Abnormal piezoresponse behavior of Pb（Mg1／3Nb2／3）O3-30% PbTiO3 single crystal studied by high vacuum scanning force microscopy

The piezoresponse behavior dependence of the Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3-30%PbTi03 single crystal on the vacuum degree has been investigated by scanning force microscopy in the piezoresponse mode under high vacuum. Unusual piezoresponse behavior related to the screening charges compensation mechanism is observed on the (111) crystal face. The significant piezoresponse degradation behavior with low piezoresponse signal under high vacuum is attributed to the instability of the polarization state due to the insufficient compensation of the intrinsic screening charges for the polarization charges in PMN-30%PT single crystal. In contrast, the remarkable domain contrast of the sample at ambient pressure is owing to the dominant surface screening charges deriving from surface adsorption, which plays an important role in determining the stability of the domain behavior and in achieving the optimal properties.     

Evolution of the South China Sea and monsoon history revealed in deep-sea records

As the third summary report of ODP Leg 184 to the South China Sea (SCS), this paper discusses the evolution of the East Asian monsoon and the SCS basin. A multi-proxy approach, involving geochemistry, micropale-ontology, pollen and other analyses, was adopted for reconstructing the evolutionary history of the East Asian monsoon, which was characterized by a series of paleo-climate events especially at 8, 3.2, 2.2 and 0.4 Ma. The new record indicates similar stages in the development of the East and South Asian monsoons, with an enhanced winter monsoon over East Asia being the major difference. The rich spectrums of monsoon variability from the southern SCS also reveal other characteristic features of the low latitude ocean. Evidence for the evolution of the SCS includes the hemipelagic Oligocene sediments, implying the existence of deep water environments during the early seafloor spreading stage of the SCS basin. The four major unconformities and some remarkabl ediagenetic features in upper Oligocene deposits indicate the strongest tectonic events in the region. From a careful comparison of lithologies and sedimentation rates, we conclude that the prominent differences in sedimentary environments between the southern and northern SCS were established only by ～3 Ma.

本文建立了平面应力问题的波动方程，推导了防渗墙（平面应力问题）中瑞利波特征方程，通过算例与平面应变问题中瑞利波特性进行了比较。本文介绍了防渗墙质量检测的一种方法：表面波法，对它的测试原理作了进一步的研究。利用超声波跨孔法和表面波法对某实际工程进行了检测，经过实例证明超声波跨孔法和表面波法相结合可准确检测防渗墙的质量，并且可降低大量的检测费用。

基于模拟电路的无刷直流电动机神经元控制器

从神经元特性出发，研究一种适用于无刷直流电动机控制的模拟电路神经元控制器，获得连续的神经元控制器表达式和权值变化表达式，并进行原理框图设计和给出具体的权值学习电路，仿真实验表明，该控制器具有良好的控制品质，证明了该系统的有效性。     

混沌系统的变量反馈参数开关的调制控制

将开关控制信号直接输入到被控的混沌系统中，仅通过改变外部脉冲开关信号的幅度、极性、宽度等参数，实现蔡氏混沌系统的各种不稳定周期轨道的稳定控制。在此控制策略基础上，引入变量反馈与脉冲开关来共同调制系统参数，研究变量反馈参数开关的调制控制。数值模拟和电路仿真的结果表明，混沌系统的变量反馈参数开关的调制控制方法能有效地把混沌电路系统控制到系统的左右不动点和np周期轨道。该方法对其他混沌电路的参数控制有一定的参考价值。     

基于DSP的IP可视电话终端开发

采用H．323协议开发一个具有优良的图像和语音处理能力标准IP接口的单机终端设备。硬件平台采用PhiliPs TM—l300作为中心处理芯片，配以外围的辅助芯片，构成一个完整的硬件系统。系统完成视频、语音的编解码以及通信协议处理；软件系统是在嵌入式实时多任务操作系统PSOS下开发的，各个任务由pSOS统一管理和调度。由于硬件平台几乎不变，在各种使用中仅改变软件，有利于功能和用途的扩展，因而具有良好的发展前景。
